N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown’s search for the community tree has ended.
According City Forester Doug Wiles, the 40 foot Colorado Blue Spruce is being donated by Lloyd Landscoot. The tree will be moved by RTS Shearing Friday, November 14th and will be installed in front of the Jamestown Civic Center. The Jamestown City Fire Department will use their bucket to decorate the tree with 1,200 new LED Lights.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony is planned for Friday, November 28th following the 11th Annual Holiday Dazzle Parade.
