N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Jamestown Regional Airport Authority hired a new airport manager. Samuel Seafeldt will replace Matthew Leitner who announced his resignation earlier this week.

Seafeldt is a certified flight instructor from UND with 11 years of flying experience. He will start his position in October. Seafeldt, his wife and children live in Grand Forks.

Leitner is leaving to manager three airports in California after serving four years as the airport manager in Jamestown.
