N.D. (AP) – Five people in the Jamestown area have been charged in a federal drug case.
Donald Ringdahl, Arne Otterson, Keith Case, Barbara Case and John Beyer were charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.
Authorities say the conspiracy involved large quantities of methamphetamine, as well as marijuana. The drugs were allegedly distributed in North Dakota and Oregon.
Trial is scheduled for November 4th in Fargo.
