N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A meet and greet will be held at the Two Rivers Inn in Jamestown on September 19th at 5:00 PM.

Delores Rath, GOP District 12 Chair, stated that the event will be a chance for the public to meet their candidates, regardless of political stance. No candidates from District 12 are up this year, but District 29 will see Senator Terry Wanzek, House of Representatives Chet Pollert and Craig Headland.

State Candidates at the event will include Senator Kevin Kramer, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, Secretary of State Al Jaeger, Tax Commissioner Ryan Rauschberger, Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm, Agriculture Commissioner Dough Goehring, Public Service Commissioner Brian Kalk and PUblic Service Commissioner Julie Fedeorchak.

Delores Rath stated that the event is important because it will allow to public the chance to come out and ask questions of the candidates. She also stated that it was important that you vote.
