N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The North Dakota Board of Higher Education approved of more than 0 million in capital improvement projects on September 3. A portion of the money will be used for a new heating plant at Valley City State University.

The board also approved of constructing new water and sewer lines at North Dakota State College of Science campus in Wahpeton.

The board also approved 3-percent raises for most of the university presidents across the state owned facilities.
