CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance on locating a man who has Felony warrants out for his arrest.

This week they are looking for Charles Richard Russell, wanted on a Felony bench warrant for Failure of 24/7 Program. Russell’s original charge was Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-a Class C Felony.

Russell, is a 54 year old; white, male with brown eyes and brown hair, he is 5’07” and weighs 140 pounds.
