ROCKFORD (NewsDakota.com)  The State Babe Ruth Tournament starts this Friday in New Rockford.  The defending State Champs, Dakota Prairie, were knocked out by Carrington in the District 2 Tourney last weekend.  Valley City, the runner-up team from a year ago, will return.  All games can be heard on AM 1600 KDAK and newsdakota.com, starting about 10 minutes before each scheduled time.  All Valley City games will be simulcast on AM 1490 KOVC.
