N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Fargo man who was sent to the state hospital in Jamestown for the murder of his wife will remain there for at least another year.
A judge found 52 year-old Henry Deniger not guilty in the death of Kathy Deniger in April of last year, ruling that he wasn’t criminally responsible for his actions. He was committed to the state hospital indefinitely, with yearly reviews. His commitment will be considered again a year from now.
Kathy Deniger was stabbed to death in the couple’s South Fargo apartment just over two years ago.
