CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Barnes County public library director Steve Hammel says children and adults can work to earn a library reading champion lawn sign this summer.

Hammel says for children they have to complete 8 reading cards, each card is 4 hours long. He says adults have to read 10 books plus have a blind date with a mystery book in order to receive a library reading champion lawn sign.
