N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Stutsman County Fair may be seeing some newer rides this year than they’ve seen at previous fairs. But for some, the name may seem familiar.

Murphy Brothers Exposition will be filling the midway at the fair grounds this year, bringing over 25 different rides that are used in state fairs across the nation. The fairgrounds are located to the Northwest in Jamestown, but they haven’t always been there. Ted Buzinis with the Murphy Brothers, stated that he’s been with the fair for over 40 years and they used to be located at McElroy Park when they first came for the Stutsman County Fair.

After Murphy Brothers signed on to do the Wisconsin State Fair, Jamestown was taken off the route. Now, after a 20 year absence, they’ve returned. Buzinis stated that he’s excited to be back in Jamestown after such a long period.
