N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man will be facing over 60 charges from several contracts he made with customers in auto sales.
44 year old Brian Lee Hanson with Budget Auto Sales & Service in Jamestown was being investigated by the Jamestown Police Department after it was found that contracts and loans he was making possibly violated North Dakota Laws. Police Sgt. Thomas Nagel stated that some of the contracts they viewed prompted the investigation.
Hanson will be facing 31 counts of usury, which is a Class B misdemeanor and 31 counts of violating the Truth in Lending Act, a Class A misdemeanor.
