N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Regional Airport recently accepted their first flight from the newly installed SkyWest system and are gearing up to celebrate.

Matt Leitner, Jamestown Airport Manager, announced that SkyWest was fully installed and moved in to the airport. Skywest will be providing round-trips to Denver in their 50 passenger jet. Leitner stated that with the new airline and jet, Jamestown has been able to provide more for their customers.

On June 20th, the airport will be hosting an open house. From 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the airport will be open to the public to view the new equipment. Local and State Dignitaries will be joining the ribbon cutting ceremony. There will also be a ticket giveaway to those that attend the event.
