N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Annual RM Stoudt Off Road Festival is geared up for June 20th through the 22nd this year at Pipestem Creek.
The annual festival is part of the Xterra Point Series. Riders from all over the world gather at the event to participate in different competitions such as triathlons, trail runs, biking and swimming. Steve Aesoph is the founder of the local festival. Aesoph stated that the event was created in 2009 in order to showcase the city of Jamestown.
This year, the festival will be teaming up with Salvation Army to donate $750 worth of bikes to adults and children that need them. Aesoph also stated that the organization was looking for volunteers and sponsors as well. Anyone can participate in the events, which include two triathlons, an open water swim, trail run and biking race.
