N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The National Weather Service in Bismarck has announced today that there will be a chance for isolated thunderstorms across the state for most of the week.

Storms are set to become active across Western North Dakota later Tuesday afternoon and through Tuesday night. Large hail and isolated tornadoes will be a main threat. Wednesday and Wednesday night thunderstorms are expected over West and Central North Dakota with heavy rain being the main threat.

Storms through the week are expected to produce around one to three inches across North Central to South Central North Dakota.
