(NewsDakota.com) A special fire truck will be visiting the community of Oakes during next weekend’s Irrigation Days celebration.

“Miss Vivian” a pink fire truck from the North Dakota Chapter of The Guardians of the Ribbon will be on display along Main Avenue following the parade on Friday June 13, and will be at Napa’s Shine and Show and Main Avenue on Saturday June 14. The truck has been signed by hundreds of people who have been touched in some way by cancer.

The Oakes Fire Department Relay For Life team is hosting the truck, and will be selling t-shirts for $15 to benefit Relay For Life.
