(NewsDakota.com) Emergency response groups from four counties in southeastern North Dakota will participate in an exercise Thursday at the Oakes School.

Oakes Superintendent Josh Johnson says there will be an early dismissal for students at 3:15 p.m. Thurasday, and explains what will take place during the exercise.

Emergency response groups from Dickey, Sargent, Ransom and LaMoure counties will be participating in the exercise.
