CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Barnes County Sheriff’s office says Robert Joseph Schultz is a High Risk Sex Offender now living at 230 2nd Street in Eckelson, North Dakota.

According to Barnes County court documents, Schultz was convicted of “Abuse & Neglect of a Child” on 8/31/2011 in Barnes County District Court. He was convicted of “Contributing to the Deprivation of a Minor” on 8/31/2011 in Barnes County District Court.  He was also convicted of “Use of Minor in a Sex Performance” on 8/31/2011 in Barnes County District Court. 

Schultz was also convicted in Colorado (Jefferson County) on 12/22/1997 of Sexual Assault on a Child. Robert Joseph Schultz (Joe Schultz) is a lifetime registrant.
