BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) Traffic Safety Office hosted the annual Law Enforcement Summit Awards Ceremony in Bismarck on April 16th.
NDDOT Director Grant Levi provided a keynote address before the awards ceremony. Several departments from around the state were in attendance. Individuals along with different agencies received awards from media, traffic stops and drug recognition.
The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department was awarded with the Occupants Protection Enforcement for their outstanding contribution to traffic safety by conducting enforcement and community education and training about the importance of seat belts and child safety restraints.
