N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Bank of North Dakota’s College Planning Center announced that Barnes County North Dollars for Scholars has won a free concert from the singing duo, Tigirlily on Thursday, April 3rd at 7 PM at the Barnes County North School Gym. They will also perform at Kulm High School on Friday, April 11th.

The event was announced last November and The College Planning Center pledged to sponsor shows for high schools that raised the most money per senior for the nonprofit organization Dollars for Scholars. Barnes County North was the top fundraiser in the Southeast Region and Kulm was the top fundraiser in their district.

The event will include a 45 minute meet and greet with the band at 6 PM. At Barnes County North, a community supper will be held from 5:30 to 6:30. The concert is produced by Nightlife Sound & Lighting and The Creative Treatment. Dollars for Scholars is a nonprofit designed to help students, parents, counselors and North Dakota communities provide scholarships for students.
