N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The city of Jamestown has announced that due to predicted weather conditions, snow removal crews remain on standby for possible snow removal that will be needed.
City crews will plow emergency routes today as needed and will continue to monitor them over the next two days. Crews will begin snow removal downtown at 11:00 PM and continue through the night as needed. Downtown merchants and public/private schools are asked to have their sidewalks shoveled by 9:00 PM tonight. The crews also ask that you push snow directly into the street and not create piles of snow.
Snow removal in residential areas will begin at 11:00 AM Tuesday morning and continue during normal working hours. The schedule is contingent upon changing weather conditions and accumulation totals.
