N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Due to recent warmer weather and resulting freeze-thaw cycles, the bridge on 2nd Street Southwest across the James River will be closed and 2nd Street Southwest will be closed to through traffic between 5th Avenue and 4th Avenue Southwest.

This area is expected to remain closed until further notice to allow sufficient time to make necessary repairs.
