CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Another fun party in the dirt with Joe Diffie, “Parmalee” and “32 Below” was held during the 2014 North Dakota Winter Show concert. Joe Diffie performed at the 1999 and now 2014 Winter Show concert.

And Country music’s hot new group “Parmalee” won over the crowd during the March 7 event in Valley City.
