N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Game & Fish have announced that fish houses need to be removed from North Dakota waters by midnight on March 15th.
State law requires permanent fish houses be removed by that time. The houses may still be used after March 15th as long as they are removed after their use.
According to the State law, it is illegal to leave fish houses on any federal refuge land, state-owned land or managed land after March 15th.
