N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A number of people face felony charges after a search warrant was served at a home in Wimbledon on February 25. Barnes County Sheriff Randy McClaflin says five people were arrested.

McClaflin says a number of stolen items taken from a Jamestown business were recovered during the search and arrest of these people.

According to the news release, Cody Deese and Sharita Koening face felony drug and possession of stolen property charges. Barbara Case and Keith Case face felony drug charges and misdemeanor charges of possession of stolen property. Kyle Bock is facing a misdemeanor assault charge.

As of February 26 Cody Deese remained in custody at the State Hospital in Jamestown and Sharita Koening was in the Barnes County jail.

Meanwhile Barbara Case, Keith Case and Kyle Bock were released on a bond.

Members of the Drug Task Force, Jamestown Police Department and North Dakota Parole and Probation assisted the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office with these arrests.
