(NewsDakota.com)  For their last regular season game of the year, the Cardinals traveled to District 10 team the Washburn Cardinals.  Carrington won 69-30, Carrington improves 15-4, Washburn drops to 4-15.  After a loss to North Star on the first of February, the Carrington Cardinals have won their last six games in a row and will head into the District 7 Tourney starting next Friday.

Jacey Engelhorn led all scorers with 21 points for Carrington, followed by Kayla Hochhalter with 18 including four 3-pointers.  Brooke Rosenau added 11 and Madison Wendel had four points and three blocked shots.
