D.C. (NewsDakota.com) – North Dakota U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp announced seven students and recent graduates that would be interning in her offices in Bismarck, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks and Washington D.C.

Alexis Grabinger of Jamestown was selected to intern at Senator Heitkamp’s Washington, D.C. office. Alexis is currently a sophomore at Minnesota State University Moorhead majoring in Women and Gender Studies with a minor in Political Science. She will be joined by Ben Goehring of Moorhead, MN and Thea Donovan from Hazen.

Student internships are offered by Senator Heitkamp’s office during the summer, fall and spring.
