N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department wants to warn residents of a convicted sex offender residing within the city.

Allan Dale Richardson has been assigned a high risk assessment. He was charged with Gross Sexual Imposition when he began having sexual contact with a 14 year old neighbor in her house in 1994. He is also charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct and Kidnapping when he abducted an 8 year old girl in Fargo and took her into Clay County and put his hand under her shirt and in her pants.

Richardson is not wanted by police at this time and is serving his sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and any attempts to threaten, harass or intimidate will be subject for prosecution.
