N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A committee searching for the next president of Minot State University has narrowed the list of candidates to four. One of the chosen semifinalists is Valley City State University President Steven Shirley.

The state Board of Higher Education is to name a president when it meets at Minot State on February 27.

37 people applied to succeed Minot State President David Fuller, who’s retiring in June.
