N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A murder investigation continues in Finley, North Dakota.

KFGO Radio reports that 60-year-old Sherry Midstokke is being held on a half-million dollars bond in the killing of her 66-year-old husband, Lyle. He was found dead in the couple’s bedroom after she called 9-1-1 to report his death. Sheriff Wayne Beckman says the community and residents in the surrounding area are in shock.

An autopsy is being done. Beckman says they have never been called to the Midstokke home in the past.
