CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A walk way along west main in Valley City may become a reality in 2016 thanks to a grant from the Department of Transportation according to city commissioner Mary Lee Nielson.

The idea is being promoted by Barnes County On The Move and the Valley City Park and Recreation Department.
