N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation has issued a travel alert for north central regions of North Dakota.

The alert includes the cities of Garrison, Berthold, Towner, Harvey, Minot, Kenmare, Bottineau and surrounding areas. Strong winds causing blowing snow and areas of zero visibility are possible. These conditions are due to move East. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speed and drive according to the conditions.
