N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Congressman Kevin Cramer plans to visit the Archer Daniels Midland Biodiesel plant in Velva Thursday around 2pm.

Later in the day Cramer will hold a “Coffee with Cramer” in Harvey to get public input on issue of concern to North Dakota citizens. The event will be held from 5pm to 6pm in the Cobblestone Inn & Suites conference room. The public is encouraged to attend.
