CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A full service eating and catering establishment, a pizza restaurant and a Chinese buffet will be opening next year in Valley City.
The chairman of the Chamber’s Visitor’s Committee Bobby Koepplin says an image enhancement grant was approved for a Chinese Buffet that will move into the former Pizza Hut building next year. Owner Lee Chen says they hope to open the restaurant in January or February.
Koepplin says an image enhancement grant was also approved for Amanda Clark the owner of Mo Eats and Clark’s Cake and Catering in the former Broken Spoke building. Clarks hopes to open sometime in January.
Meanwhile the owners of Pizza Ranch Bob and Tommy Bergan say demolition and construction work on the site of Roby’s Restaurant will start in January with the Valley City Pizza Ranch to open in April of 2014.
