N.D (NewsDakota.com) – The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Winter Storm Warning to include western and central North Dakota through Wednesday.

Snow and blowing snow will continue through Tuesday night and will slowly taper off through late Wednesday. Storm total snowfall amounts from today through Wednesday will range from 6 to 8 inches for most of west and central North Dakota, and from 8 to 10 inches across the James River valley.

By Wednesday Night, dangerously cold air will in place and remain through the weekend. Overnight lows could drop into the 20s below zero with daytime highs not even making zero.
