CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)Valley City State University President Steven Shirley addressed the accomplishments the university has had for the state and region with new curriculum and campus initiatives.

Shirley said thanks to a number of new initiatives and additional curriculum the university’s enrollment and retention numbers look good and remain strong. Shirley made those comments during his annual State of the University address on November 25.
