24/7 Wall St. has released its findings of each state, ranking them by debt per capita, budget deficit, unemployment, median household income and percentage below the poverty line.

North Dakota scored the lowest in unemployment with 3.1%. It ranked as 20th lowest in debt per capita at $3,033 and 19th highest in median household income at $53,585. North Dakota also had no budget deficit.

Rounding out the top 5 in order is Wyoming, Iowa, Nebraska and Utah. The worst run state according to 24/7 Wall St. is California.
