CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Nearly 27-hundred items were collected and more than one thousand dollars was raised during the annual “Stuff the Truck Food Pantry Drive” this year.

Senior High Student Council Adviser Angela Van Bruggen says, “The Student Council kids did a great job of helping out, and they delivered 80 organized crates of almost 2,700 food items and over $1,000 to the Barnes County food pantry on November 20 to help fill their Holiday Food boxes this year.”

Van Bruggen says the numbers don’t reflect how many items came from the elementary school because they were delivered to the high school in one group. But thanks again to everyone who contributed to this worthy cause!
