N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Robert Flores, the student responsible for the lock down of the University of Jamestown campus last week, has been charged with terrorizing.
A charge for terrorizing is punishable of up to 5 years in prison or a $10,000 fine. 18 year-old Flores allegedly threatened to kill three students and drink their blood as part of a satanic ritual. Officials couldn’t locate Flores, prompting the lock down of the campus.
Flores was charged after being evaluated at the Jamestown State Hospital. He did not have an attorney listed.
An e-mail distributed by Tena Lawrence has stated the following:
“Robert Flores has been released from the ND State Hospital into the custody of the Jamestown Police Department. Robert is no longer a student at the University of Jamestown. A “No Trespassing Notice” has been issued which bars Robert from the University campus. If you see Robert on campus call 911.”
Robert Flores is originally from Thousand Oaks, California.
