N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Ingstad Family Media is hosting the 2013 Women’s Expo on November 16th starting at 10 AM.

The Women’s Expo will be a day full of break-out sessions focusing on a range of topics from Scar Tying styles, to essential oils and health benefits, and all the way to down and dirty ways to protect yourself. Admission is free. The event will be at the Quality Inn and Suites and will go until 4 PM. Full list of break-out sessions and times below.

Lunch will be provided by Buffalo City Rotisserie Grill. Display booths will be there as well.
