CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A 24-year old man was treated for injuries after he crashed his car into a decorative brick structure on the north side of the VCSU walk bridge along south Central Avenue Wednesday morning.

Valley City Police Chief Fred Thompson says Scott Michael Ringsaker was cited for DUI and care required and released. The damage estimate to the structure was listed at more than $5,000.
