N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The student involved with causing the lock down of the University of Jamestown campus last week will likely be charged with terrorizing.

Currently, Robert Flores is being assessed and evaluated at the State Hospital in Jamestown. Robert Flores was considered dangerous after remarks and threats he made towards other students. Officials couldn’t find Flores, prompting the lock down of the campus and the city wide search for the student.

The 18 year-old Flores allegedly made threats to kill three students and drink their blood as part of a satanic ritual.
