N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The James River Valley Library System has approved building plans of a new library.

The plan will have parking spaces, study rooms, technology space as well as a garage for the Bookmobile. Other things that the building plans intend to include is suitable handicapped access, extra parking spaces across the street and an adequate amount of electrical outlets in the building.

The approved building layout will be approximately 26,488 square-feet and will cost roughly $8.23 million.

The James River Valley Library System plans to circulate a petition to put the building project on the ballot for voters.
