N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – During a special meeting held Wednesday, the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation approved selling two condos they had acquired in 2010.

The Zappas Condos, located above Buffalo City Rotisserie Grill, were obtained as partial payment on loans made to Brian Lunde. The condos were both valued at $150,000 in December 2010 when the JSDC bought them.

Great River Energy Purchased one of the condos for $150,000 and Fran and Monica Romsdal purchased the second condo for $145,000.
