Ronald Cruff, Jr., age 38 of Jamestown, ND, formerly of Valley City, ND, died Monday, October 14th at his residence in Jamestown, ND. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 20th at the Lerud Schuldt Funeral Home in Valley City. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Woodbine Cemetery, Valley City, ND.

     Ronald Bruce Cruff, Jr., the son of Ronald and Manuela (Cota Ruiz) Cruff, Sr., was born January 29, 1975 in Washington, DC. The family soon moved to Valley City, ND where Ron grew up and attended school. After receiving his education, Ron moved to Wahpeton, ND where he attended North Dakota State College of Science. Ron attended NDSCS for three years, where he received an Associated of Applied Science Degree in Electronics Technology and Industrial Maintenance. Ronald then began working for Phoenix International in Fargo, ND. He later worked for Cavendish Farms in Jamestown, ND and recently had worked for Cargill Corporation in Spiritwood, ND as a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler. Ron loved the outdoors, he loved to hunt and fish, hiking, camping and kayaking. He was also a Ham Radio Operator, his call sign was W0IBZ.

     Ronald is survived by his daughter, Madeline Cruff, Jamestown, ND; his mother, Manuela Cruff, Valley City, ND; one brother, Jesus (Yvonne) Cruff, Dallas, TX; two sisters, Judy (Tom) Huisenga, Ypsilanti, ND and Mary (John) Stearns, Valley City, ND; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.

     Ronald was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Cruff, Sr., one brother, Robert Cruff, grandparents Ben and Amanda Cruff and uncles Douglas Cruff and Richard Cruff.
