N.D. (Associated Press) – The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the death of a worker at a grain elevator in Harvey.

The incident happened at the Prairie Towers Elevator two weeks ago.

OSHA officials say a section of a grain chute fell and hit 21-year-old Alex Rall in the head.
