N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – After a nearly 11 month dispute, the City of Jamestown and the Stutsman County Rural Water District reached an agreement
City Council Member Dan Buchanan had reservations, saying that the disagreement before was cause for concern. Mayor Katie Andersen agreed, but said that all the points Council Member Buchanan had stated were discussed in the negotiations and agreed upon.
The agreement between the City and Stutsman Country Rural Water District is 40 years.
