CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Hundreds of people across the state participated in the 2nd annual North Dakota High School & Junior High School Rodeo September 21 & 22 in Valley City.

Nearly 100 more people entered the competition in 2013 compared to the first event last year according to North Dakota Winter Show manager Dawn Riley.
