CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The concrete has been poured and motorists should be able to drive on 9th avenue northwest in Valley City late next week. Project manager Chad Petersen says the 2-year reconstruction project should be completed by mid-October weather permitting.

In other Valley City road reconstruction news 9th street northeast near the football field & the Youth Sports Complex Center should re-open Friday but Petersen says it could take a little more time.
