N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – At about 4 am this morning, a drunk man broke in a dorm room window on the University of Jamestown Campus.

“I heard banging and I woke up and didn’t know what was going on. So, I went back to sleep and the banging continued. Then, I heard a guy shouting and screaming.” said one of the residents of the room.

Police were called as well as the RD of Wilson, the dorm on campus. According to detectives, it is not known if it was a student trying to get into the dorm or if it was just an act of vandalism.

“It was lucky that our roommate wasn’t in her bed. Otherwise, the glass could have got on her.”

The case remains under investigation by detectives and the Jamestown Police Department.
